About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for financial data, reporting and performance metrics in close coordination with the Head of Finance to identify requirements and priorities
- Define, develop and continuously improve financial data warehouse models together with the Data Platform and Analytics teams
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc and recurring analyses, reports and data queries
- Actively participate in the finance team's planning and budgeting processes
- Monitor, analyze and communicate key financial and operational KPIs to management, including identifying trends, risks and variances
- Continuously improve financial reports, processes and data structures to ensure scalability, accuracy and reliability as the company grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience analyzing financial data, ideally in a B2C environment
- Strong knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
- Extensive experience working with financial data in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Solid understanding of financial metrics and KPIs for growth-oriented companies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (at least B2)
