About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers in France regarding their pet insurance
  • Handle incoming requests by phone and email
  • Process reimbursement claims independently: review quotes and invoices to determine eligibility for reimbursement
  • Support payment reminder campaigns (outgoing calls)
  • Assist with moderation on our social media channels and Trustpilot

Requirements

  • French (C1–C2) and strong English (C1)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Reliability, organizational skills, and adaptability to unforeseen situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and empathetic manner
  • Self-motivated and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and punctuality to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer support tool
  • Affinity for animals or knowledge of veterinary insurance is a plus
  • Ability to handle complex customer situations calmly and professionally
  • Experience in insurance or digital services
  • Basic knowledge of German is a plus
