About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and sell our dentolo insurance product by phone.
- You advise B2C customers who have left their interest with us and guide them purposefully to the right solution.
- You explain complex insurance matters in an understandable way and address each customer's situation individually.
- You regularly exchange knowledge with your colleagues to help each other develop and become even more successful.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telephone sales is a plus.
- Ideally you have dental or veterinary knowledge or a strong interest in diving into these topics.
- You enjoy speaking on the phone, have a sales drive, and can easily capture your listeners' attention.
- Career changers from any customer-facing background are also welcome!
- You demonstrate a high level of perseverance, strong communication skills, and are motivated by targets to achieve top performance.
- You speak fluent German (at least C1 level). English is not necessary for your daily work but is helpful in our international environment.
