About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and sell our dentolo insurance product by phone.
  • You advise B2C customers who have left their interest with us and guide them purposefully to the right solution.
  • You explain complex insurance matters in an understandable way and address each customer's situation individually.
  • You regularly exchange knowledge with your colleagues to help each other develop and become even more successful.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telephone sales is a plus.
  • Ideally you have dental or veterinary knowledge or a strong interest in diving into these topics.
  • You enjoy speaking on the phone, have a sales drive, and can easily capture your listeners' attention.
  • Career changers from any customer-facing background are also welcome!
  • You demonstrate a high level of perseverance, strong communication skills, and are motivated by targets to achieve top performance.
  • You speak fluent German (at least C1 level). English is not necessary for your daily work but is helpful in our international environment.
