About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand Dental Monitoring's value proposition
- Partner with clients and KOLs to understand growth objectives and challenges
- Identify and maintain relationships with influential clients
- Establish segmentation of territory to identify key opportunities
- Drive strong sales growth by acquiring new customers
- Participate in trade shows and local/national events
- Propose innovative ways to promote adoption of Dental Monitoring technologies
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competition
- Partner with marketing on campaigns to drive sales
- Train, coach and support newly acquired customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience in the orthodontic, dental or medical device industry
- Demonstrated success in a training/education/clinical role
- Ability to influence and generate interest in new approaches
- Good understanding of the conceptual and consultative approach to sales
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of computer literacy and a strong appreciation for new technologies
- Ability to establish and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
- Good command of written and spoken English
