About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to their needs
Train new clinicians and dental teams on DentalMonitoring solutions
Nurture existing customers to maximize the benefits of the technology
Build strong relationships with customers for ongoing support
Act as a technical bridge between customers and DentalMonitoring
Support and attend local trade shows
Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of dental and orthodontic experience
Proven success in a client-facing role
Adaptable and eager to learn
Excited by a scale-up/start-up environment
Strong ability to build relationships with customers
Willingness to travel up to 60% for training and support
