About the role
- Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to their needs
- Train new clinicians and dental teams on DentalMonitoring solutions
- Nurture existing customers to maximize the benefits of the technology
- Build strong relationships with customers for ongoing support
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and DentalMonitoring
- Support and attend local trade shows
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of dental and orthodontic experience
- Proven success in a client-facing role
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Excited by a scale-up/start-up environment
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers
- Willingness to travel up to 60% for training and support
