About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify relevant KPIs with business teams and create the associated datasets/pipelines
Create rich, interactive visualizations (in QuickSight)
Analyze complex data — from defining the business question to presenting the results
Design, develop and maintain DBT models within the analytics stack
Orchestrate transformation pipelines with Mage
Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams regarding their analytical needs
Contribute to data governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst
Engineering degree or scientific background (Master’s, PhD) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative field
Strong SQL for complex transformations: CTEs, window functions
Production experience with DBT: layered modeling, tests, documentation
Comfortable with a pipeline orchestrator (Mage, Airflow, Prefect or equivalent)
Ability to carry out end-to-end complex analyses (ROI, cohorts, retention, segmentation)
Effective communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
Minimum English level C1 and French level C2
Experience with commercial data (CRM, Salesforce) and/or financial data is a plus
