About the role

  • Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory
  • Understand DM's value proposition and its transformative impact on how dental and orthodontic practices operate
  • Collaborate with clients and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to understand their business objectives and main challenges
  • Segment your territory to identify key opportunities and drive strong sales growth (new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts)
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed the company's sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs and influential clients
  • Organize and host local and national events: webinars, masterclasses, study clubs, etc., and propose innovative initiatives to encourage peer referrals
  • Work within a cross-functional team and ensure smooth communication
  • Report market trends and competitor intelligence to the management team
  • Use the CRM fully for activity tracking

Requirements

  • Sales experience in orthodontics or the medical device sector
  • Strong sales background with mastery of the full sales cycle
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Fluent English
  • Adaptable and curious
  • Hunter mindset (proactive and target-driven)
  • Ability to influence and challenge clients' thinking
  • Strong understanding of consultative/solution selling
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Strong interest in new technologies and good IT/computer skills
  • Looking for a scale-up environment where you can be versatile and take initiative
  • Startup experience is a plus
