About the role

Collaborate with teams to answer their analytics needs: answer their requests, enrich the dashboards, provide analyses to facilitate decision-making, etc.
Become their primary point of contact, including for training and user support
Ensure project management across several functional areas
Ensure the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical assets for managed areas (code, datasets, executions)
Be a major contributor to the teams codebase optimization (transformation: SQL/DBT in particular)
Create and continuously improve rich and interactive visualizations by maximizing the potential of available tools

Minimum of 10 years of experience
Engineering degree or scientific background (Master's, PhD) in a quantitative field: Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research
Master data analysis and deriving insights from complex datasets to support decision-making
Expertise in data mining and statistical analysis
Proficient in creating clear, impactful visualizations and reports
Communication findings concisely and visually to stakeholders
Ability to lead and unite cross-functional projects across multiple business teams
Strong expertise in SQL and DBT
Solid experience in data modeling
Proven proficiency in Python
Experience working with modern data stacks and using orchestration tools such as Mage or Airflow
Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel
Minimum C1 level in English
