You hold a Master’s degree, PhD, or Engineering diploma (or equivalent)
You have strong knowledge of SQL and an object-oriented programming language (such as Java or C++); experience in native PHP is a major asset
You understand that “git merge” and “git rebase” are not the same thing
You are rigorous and care deeply about clean, well-formatted code — poorly indented files bother you
You are autonomous, adaptable, and driven by the desire to learn and solve problems
You regularly challenge yourself and seek both personal and team growth
You have at least B2 English and C2 French proficiency
