About the role
- Analyze clinical and product requirements to guide optimization decisions
- Optimize models and pipelines using metaheuristics
- Lead model validation and deployment to production
- Propose and experiment with new optimization approaches
- Provide technical leadership to project teams
- Contribute to technical decisions and project monitoring
- Support the upskilling and professional development of teams
Requirements
- Engineering degree, scientific Master's, or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 years' experience in optimization
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments and strong Python skills
- Independent decision-making in technical matters
- C1 proficiency in French and English
- Experience in the medical/orthodontics field (preferred)
- Knowledge of 3D (preferred)
- Familiarity with classical image processing (e.g., OpenCV) (preferred)
