About the role
- Manage the Implementation Specialists and Integration Consultants
- Observe the general market, identify new or updated integration methods in accordance with company standards, strategies, and tactics
- Introduce and train the Training and Implementation team at large
- Work with corporate Training & Education department to ensure consistent implementation of training content and methods
- Provide feedback from the field on customer training needs and efficiency and effectiveness of training content and tools
- Understand the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
- Enable the ISP team to effectively manage the training process of newly acquired customers
- Ensure both clinical support along the complete customer adoption journey and continuous process improvement
- Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
- Build, motivate, develop and retain a high performing training and implementation team
- Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
- Attend trade shows, both local and international
- Manage underperformance effectively
- Collaborate with other Implementation Managers and Leads to aggregate critical feedback on team performance, market, and competitive trends; facilitating actionable goals and improvements for the Senior Manager of Implementation & Customer Experience to deliver to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Practice/Office Manager role
- Experience and proven success in a training/education/clinical role, either having worked as a Training and Implementation Specialist or industry equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire your team and coworkers
- A background in med-tech, dental or ortho required
- Native Speaker of the local language
- Minimum of 7-years’ experience in the orthodontic or similar industry
- An intimate knowledge of the DentalMind product portfolio and services offered
- Strong organizational skills
- IT knowledge with a high appreciation for new technology
- Ability to influence and challenge customers’ ways of thinking
