About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with regional leaders to understand business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people matters
  • Leverage workforce data, trends, and insights
  • Support and influence key People initiatives across the region
  • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership capability
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters
  • Drive the successful implementation of People programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Centres of Excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • CHRL designation (or in progress) is considered an asset
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisory role
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to operational priorities and business outcomes
  • Curiosity and openness to leveraging technology, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve processes
  • Experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, multi-site, or operationally complex environments
  • Strong employee relations experience, including workplace investigations, performance management, and navigating sensitive people matters
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence leaders
