People Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with regional leaders to understand business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people matters
- Leverage workforce data, trends, and insights
- Support and influence key People initiatives across the region
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership capability
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters
- Drive the successful implementation of People programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Centres of Excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- CHRL designation (or in progress) is considered an asset
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisory role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to operational priorities and business outcomes
- Curiosity and openness to leveraging technology, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve processes
- Experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, multi-site, or operationally complex environments
- Strong employee relations experience, including workplace investigations, performance management, and navigating sensitive people matters
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence leaders
