About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map, analyze, and document corporate processes, identifying bottlenecks, operational failures, rework, risks, and improvement opportunities;
Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date process flows, standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, and other process documentation;
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses based on metrics, operational data, evidence, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and support decision-making;
Support the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives, aiming for simplification, operational efficiency, productivity gains, and reduction of deviations;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, design, and evolve processes; participate in corporate continuous improvement and operational transformation projects, contributing analytical, structured thinking with a focus on efficiency;
Support the design and implementation of new operational flows, ensuring alignment among involved areas and adherence to business objectives;
Support root cause analyses and the development of action plans to address deviations, opportunities, and process inefficiencies;
Participate in corporate continuous improvement, process transformation, and cross-area initiatives, contributing analytical and structured perspectives;
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization of processes to promote greater operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, IT, Process Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in process mapping, analysis and improvement, building process flows and operational documentation, metrics analysis, and implementing improvements;
Intermediate Excel skills.
