About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the continuous improvement of product content (such as descriptions and images) to increase conversion and enhance the customer experience;
Analyze and prepare incoming information (product registration form) through the catalog onboarding workflow, ensuring the quality, standardization, and reliability of the data;
Perform product onboarding in management platforms, ensuring each product entry is complete and follows required standards;
Monitor area KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in product records and processes;
Perform necessary maintenance on product information that requires adjustments (temporary or permanent);
Document processes, best practices, and standardizations for the catalog area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ongoing higher education (in progress) in Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
Familiarity with AI tools.
