About the role

  • Implement new sales and partnership opportunities across all business fronts of the sales cycle (margin, media investment, inventory cost, etc.), ensuring the best profitability for your product group and the growth of the business;
  • Actively participate in the promotional calendar together with the team, using marketing, performance and sales channels and tools to ensure optimal exposure, pricing and targeted discounts;
  • Be the reference for your product group (assortment, target audience, competitive differentiators and positioning, etc.);
  • Be responsible for the inventory health of your product group and identify causes and solutions for unhealthy items (price, traffic/audience, descriptions, photos, return opportunities, etc.);
  • Ensure the best exposure of your product group using available tools and channels, aiming to achieve the targets set for your goals and the company’s overall objectives;
  • Actively participate in feasibility analysis for introducing new products together with leadership and the purchasing team, considering the category role and product demand, seeking better margin and selling price;

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Management Processes or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with category management routines.
