About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, from paint touch-ups to full surface repairs
- Use advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
- Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces
- Work independently at dealerships, rental agencies, auctions, and other partner locations
- Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed customer expectations
- Operate as an independent, mobile technician managing the day's work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to customer and partner locations
- Ability to use advanced spray equipment and perform automotive paint repairs
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator, in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards
- Must complete applicable post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
