About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, from paint touch-ups to full surface repairs
Use advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces
Work independently at dealerships, rental agencies, auctions, and other partner locations
Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed customer expectations
Operate as an independent, mobile technician managing the day's work

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to travel to customer and partner locations
Ability to use advanced spray equipment and perform automotive paint repairs
Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator, in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards
Must complete applicable post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
