About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, from paint touch-ups to full surface repairs
  • Use advanced spray equipment and proven techniques

  • Work independently at dealerships, rental agencies, auctions, and other partner locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
  • Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
  • Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel to customer and partner locations
  • Ability to use advanced spray equipment and perform automotive paint repairs
  • Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator, in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards
  • Must complete applicable post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
