About the role
- Drive and expand sales of DENSO products across the assigned region, delivering sustainable growth
- Build, manage, and continuously strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups
- Maximize customer retention while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conduct regular and value‑adding customer visits at distributor and trade levels
- Act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value‑driven solutions
- Lead commercial negotiations and actively contribute to the definition and execution of commercial policy
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Support and contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market and customer data to support strategic and commercial decision‑making
- Deliver commercial and product training, and represent DENSO at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the automotive independent aftermarket
- Proven experience managing key accounts or purchasing groups
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic, proactive and results-driven with a hands-on approach
- Able to work independently in an international, multicultural environment
- Fluent in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong MS Office skills
