About the role

Design, develop, test, and optimize ML, Generative AI and LLMs for AI/ML pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, search, RAG, Agentic Models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
Design and implement robust data pipelines for efficient data processing, transformation, and storage, ensuring high data quality and availability
Monitor and troubleshoot data processing workflows and address performance bottlenecks
Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges and assist in GenAI solution implementation and production paths
Create best practice guides, tutorials, and presentations for technical and business stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation of ML processes
Collaborate with other data science teams within the Dennemeyer Group and work closely with business and development teams to ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields with strong emphasis on AI technologies
Proven experience in data science with specialization in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., Google AI Platform, Azure AI)
Familiarity with modern deployment architectures and tools (e.g., Docker)
Knowledge of AI and agentic AI frameworks and tooling (e.g., Hugging Face); developer tools (e.g., GIT)
Ability to build advanced workflows including RAG, model chaining, dynamic prompting, Langchain and similar tools
Strong programming abilities and hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and familiarity with data engineering tools and frameworks
Understanding of APIs and software integration
Fluency in English (written and oral) mandatory
