About the role

  • Design, develop, test, and optimize ML, Generative AI and LLMs for AI/ML pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, search, RAG, Agentic Models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines for efficient data processing, transformation, and storage, ensuring high data quality and availability
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data processing workflows and address performance bottlenecks
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges and assist in GenAI solution implementation and production paths
  • Create best practice guides, tutorials, and presentations for technical and business stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation of ML processes
  • Collaborate with other data science teams within the Dennemeyer Group and work closely with business and development teams to ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields with strong emphasis on AI technologies
  • Proven experience in data science with specialization in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., Google AI Platform, Azure AI)
  • Familiarity with modern deployment architectures and tools (e.g., Docker)
  • Knowledge of AI and agentic AI frameworks and tooling (e.g., Hugging Face); developer tools (e.g., GIT)
  • Ability to build advanced workflows including RAG, model chaining, dynamic prompting, Langchain and similar tools
  • Strong programming abilities and hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and familiarity with data engineering tools and frameworks
  • Understanding of APIs and software integration
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) mandatory
