Junior Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Analyst
Dengo ChocolatesHR Analyst tasked with evaluating and implementing climate and culture initiatives at Dengo Chocolates.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the assessment, development and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive, welcoming and collaborative environment aligned with Dengo’s values and strategic objectives.
- Identify factors that influence employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity to help build a strong, sustainable corporate culture.
- Develop, administer and analyze climate surveys to measure employee satisfaction, engagement and well-being. Manage the action plans for the areas.
- Assess Dengo’s current culture and identify gaps between the desired and existing culture. Create and implement programs that reinforce Dengo’s values and culture.
- Develop internal communication strategies to reinforce the company’s culture and values.
- Plan and execute internal marketing campaigns aimed at increasing participation, engagement and employee satisfaction. Organize internal events and activities that promote well-being, integration and employee recognition at Dengo.
- Support leaders in creating initiatives that improve team climate and culture. Develop and facilitate meetings about organizational culture, engagement and internal communication.
- Carry out onboarding activities, including virtual and in-person welcome presentations. Coordinate visits to the factory and the concept store.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
- Specialization or postgraduate degree in People Management is desirable.
- 2 years of experience in human resources (organizational climate management, corporate culture development or similar areas).
- English – basic.
- PowerPoint – intermediate.
- Excel – basic.
- Knowledge of internal marketing/employee engagement initiatives.
