About the role

  • Plan inventory activities by developing schedules and processes for cyclical counts and full inventory of the central warehouse and third‑party warehouses, aiming to ensure warehouse accuracy
  • Cyclical inventory
  • Analyze cyclical counts performed by the operations team for pre‑determined ABC curves (e.g., A and B items with higher turnover and added value), focusing on maintaining accuracy of high‑value items
  • Plan the counts
  • Create count schedules and design counting logic for the operations team to avoid impacting daily inventory movements
  • Full/audited inventory
  • Plan end‑to‑end the company's full inventory process, including dates and times for counting, training the operations team, and providing documentation requested by auditors and accounting to close the annual inventory balance
  • Write off obsolete/expired items
  • Plan and operationalize action items assigned by the planning team, executing tasks without impacting other areas
  • Audit third‑party inventory processes
  • Monitor third‑party inventory processes on site to identify potential procedural issues that may cause inventory discrepancies
  • Opportunity mapping
  • Map operational discrepancies and develop action plans and processes to mitigate them

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Preferred: Currently enrolled in a university program in Logistics
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the area
  • Differentials:
  • English
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in the field
  • Specific knowledge:
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced)
  • Inventory management knowledge
