About the role

  • Ensure proper management of the company's Projects, Construction and Maintenance areas for stores
  • Manage project execution and the supplier network, ensuring agreed delivery dates
  • Develop renovation and expansion projects, as well as new seating layouts
  • Responsible for preparing and managing the architecture/maintenance CAPEX budget
  • Develop executive design projects for new stores
  • Manage the maintenance team
  • Manage the Architecture department budget
  • Coordinate and oversee the Architecture team
  • Manage contracts with recurring maintenance suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
  • Specialization or postgraduate degree in Interior Design is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial projects, retail and facilities
  • English – Advanced
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling software
  • Knowledge of Photoshop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with rendering is desirable
