About the role

  • Creation of visual identity and graphic development of packaging for seasonal campaigns and regular product lines;
  • Preparation of packaging briefs with technical specifications for suppliers;
  • Execution and finalization of print-ready files, ensuring quality and technical compliance with graphic specifications and regulatory standards;
  • Participation in research and development of new products, contributing innovations and improvements to packaging;
  • Creation of 3D mockups/models for internal presentations;
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery;
  • Deadline management and organization of all files and ongoing projects;
  • On-site oversight of print proofs to ensure artwork fidelity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a designer;
  • Advanced proficiency with design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant software;
  • Knowledge of print file preparation, technical dielines, and printing processes;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
  • Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications and brand guidelines.
