About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-end responsibility for the sales process: You guide our customers from first contact and opportunity identification through to successful project completion.
  • Strategic consulting: You accurately analyze customer needs and, together with your team, translate them into compelling solution proposals based on the Atlassian stack.
  • Proposal development & design: You take responsibility for preparing proposals, conduct price negotiations, and ensure that timelines and the quality of implementation meet both parties' expectations.
  • Networking & relationship management: You build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and teams at your customers and act as a trusted advisor on equal footing.
  • Solution presentation: You inspire customers during your solution presentations with new, digital ways of collaborating and demonstrate how product features translate into measurable value.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have solid knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and the Atlassian licensing model, and a fundamental understanding of how ITSM, Agile, or business processes are implemented technically.
  • You bring at least 2+ years of relevant experience in consultative Atlassian or SaaS sales.
  • You understand the differing requirements of stakeholders from both technical and business areas.
  • You are familiar with software development and modern project methodologies.
  • Nice to have: a strong customer network, Atlassian certifications, a good overall overview of Atlassian Marketplace apps, and experience with other technologies such as AWS, Azure, GitLab, etc.
