About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge UX strategy and execution across R&D
- Ensure consistent, intuitive, and high-quality experiences from early strategic direction to released products
- Collaborate with Experience Planning and Enterprise Architects to provide UX input to Architecture Visions and Strategic Themes
- Define and maintain shared UX principles, priorities, and a UX architecture runway that supports consistent cross-platform experiences
- Establish meaningful UX metrics and use them to define success, support continuous improvement, and escalate significant UX risks when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant academic background in design, engineering, human-computer interaction, psychology, digital product development, or similar
- Substantial experience working strategically with UX in complex product organizations
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of customer value, product strategy, architecture, and execution
- Experience with cross-platform product ecosystems, governance models, and large-scale development frameworks such as SAFe
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
