About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Bridge UX strategy and execution across R&D
  • Ensure consistent, intuitive, and high-quality experiences from early strategic direction to released products
  • Collaborate with Experience Planning and Enterprise Architects to provide UX input to Architecture Visions and Strategic Themes
  • Define and maintain shared UX principles, priorities, and a UX architecture runway that supports consistent cross-platform experiences
  • Establish meaningful UX metrics and use them to define success, support continuous improvement, and escalate significant UX risks when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant academic background in design, engineering, human-computer interaction, psychology, digital product development, or similar
  • Substantial experience working strategically with UX in complex product organizations
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of customer value, product strategy, architecture, and execution
  • Experience with cross-platform product ecosystems, governance models, and large-scale development frameworks such as SAFe
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
