About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct coaching of the clinic staff and provide acknowledging and developmental feedback to staff.
- Develop and execute training plans to foster continued development and exceptional performance.
- Analyze and review all KPI & sales reports and action the necessary steps to maximize per provider productivity opportunities.
- Prepare and plan regular clinic visits to provide effective coaching, support team growth, and drive overall business performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/College Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sale, healthcare related field (Optical, pharmacy etc.) and/or client focused industry in a multi-unit management capacity.
