About the role

  • Drive Aprimo as a strategic platform that supports commercial value and operational efficiency
  • Identify business opportunities supported by DAM capabilities
  • Translate global and local business requirements into platform enhancements
  • Follow the Aprimo roadmap and plan feature adoption
  • Coordinate deployments and testing (UAT, regression) with external consultants
  • Manage documentation, communication, and rollout processes
  • Maintain and evolve taxonomy and metadata to support discoverability and scalability
  • Collaborate across marketing, brand, IT, and global markets
  • Support user adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the platform

Requirements

  • You have experience with DAM systems (ideally Aprimo)
  • You have a strong business mindset and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • You have experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, and vendor coordination
  • You have hands-on experience managing deployments and testing
  • You are a strong communicator able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
  • You are fluent in English
  • It would be nice if: You have experience working in an international environment and collaborating with global stakeholders.
