About the role

  • Coach and empower teams for: self-organization, focus on outcomes, flow and continuous improvement
  • Work for flow with people, processes, tools, and the larger organization
  • Actively listen to and assist teams in problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision-making
  • Provide leadership by reinforcing SAFe Core values (alignment, transparency, respect for people, relentless improvement)
  • Collaborate with RTE and other leaders to support ART improvements and deliveries
  • Support the team to operate within our quality management system (QMS), developing and operating high-quality solutions with built-in regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in organizations developing own software products
  • Experience in driving organizational change initiatives - beyond the development team
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and modern DevSecOps practices
  • Understanding of team dynamics and individual profiles to build high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching skills
  • Proven lean-agile mindset, putting the agile values into practice
  • Strong sense of ownership, independence, proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English
