About the role

  • Establish and maintain strong governance for Financial Master Data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all financial systems.
  • Lead the bridging of local Charts of Accounts (CoA) with the Group CoA, enabling smooth integration of financial information from all business units.
  • Create a Single Version of the Truth (SVOT) by harmonizing data across platforms and ensuring consistent, transparent reporting structures.
  • Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders and the Global BI team in IT, including tabular models, standard reports, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
  • Have proven experience in financial master data management, including governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
  • Have practical experience with financial reporting, automation and dashboard development
  • Are proficient with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar
  • Have a solid understanding of ERP systems and their impact on financial operations and reporting
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured working style
  • Communicate clearly and can explain technical or data-related topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English
