About the role

  • Support in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for automation
  • Work with and learn from developers to understand process workflows
  • Support the development of RPA bots under the guidance of senior developers
  • Participate in testing and debugging of automated processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including process maps and technical specifications
  • Monitor the performance of RPA bots and assist in troubleshooting issues
  • Provide support for the deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions

Requirements

  • Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Have basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or C#
  • Possess strong problemsolving abilities
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills
  • Pay attention to detail and have proactive attitude
  • Are familiar with RPA tools like UiPath
  • Have basic knowledge of databases and SQL
