About the role
- Coordinate and oversee global leadership development and learning initiatives, ensuring effective processes and structures are in place for impactful delivery - focusing on project management rather than direct content creation
- Support content development, improvement, and evaluation for Leadership Compass and other learning programs by securing collaboration, timelines, and quality standards, rather than personally developing training materials
- Collaborate in a global, matrixed environment with colleagues in Denmark, Poland and across Australia, Canada and Europe
- Develop and optimise structured processes for SME collaboration with trainers, partners and the Learning Implementation Team
- Act as a key coordinator of content development, improvement and evaluation for the Leadership Compass and other learning programmes
- Coordinate focus groups, track initiatives, timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
- Collect and consolidate insights from learners, SMEs and stakeholders to guide continual enhancements
- Maintain and refine processes for iterative content enhancement, ensuring learning solutions remain relevant and impactful
- Collaborate with digital learning designers to create engaging, interactive digital learning experiences
- Apply frameworks to enhance learning effectiveness and scalability
- Support the design and development of learning content, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and organisational goals
Requirements
- Have a Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- Have experience coordinating and designing learning programs (ideally in a global or matrixed organisation)
- Bring experience in learning project coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Possess strong analytical skills and can use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Are confident working with cross-functional teams
- Are passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments
- Have strong organisational and project management skills and can run multiple initiatives in parallel
- Are proficient in digital learning platforms/tools and understand adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Flexibility to attend virtual meetings across various time zones due to the global nature of the role
- Potential for occasional travel as needed to support learning initiatives
