About the role
- Drive taxonomy governance, and ensure metadata quality related to marketing materials distributed globally
- Daily cooperation with cross-functional teams including IT, external consultants, marketing teams and our global sales companies
- Define metadata requirements and DAM governance processes
- Coordinate deployment processes with developers and stakeholders
- Manage change requests and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Prioritize tasks between internal teams, IT and external consultants
- Communicate DAM changes to users and ensure smooth adoption
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital asset management and taxonomy governance
- Experience in DAM platforms such as Aprimo, Bynder or similar DAM SaaS platforms
- Comfortable working with metadata and taxonomy structures
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience with other marketing customer-facing systems and data mapping is a plus
- Ability to adapt to evolving business requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
