- Make prototypes in tool shop
- Simulate on models
- Evaluate solutions with colleagues
- Follow product to realization and production
- Guide mechanical developers and support daily planning
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- Experience in R&D setup
- Proficiency in PTC Creo 3D CAD or similar
- Knowledge of robust design techniques (Tolerance stack-up, DFM, DFA)
- Experience in designing parts for injection moulding
- Mechanical development and design (optional)
- ME integration of electronics design (optional)
- GPS and 2D specifications (optional)
- Mechanical simulation (optional)
