• Independent role as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (60%) based in Uznach
• Responsible for revenue, new customer acquisition and growth in your region
• Analyze key performance indicators and derive effective measures
• Develop action plans for each hearing center to ensure optimal utilization
• Establish and maintain local partnerships (ENT specialists, pharmacies, opticians, physicians)
• Plan team schedules including absences, vacations & overtime
• Regular center visits and shadowing with feedback and reports
• Coaching and training of teams
