About the role
- Independent role as a hearing care specialist (60% position) in Uznach
- Responsible for sales, customer acquisition and growth in your region
- Analyze key metrics (KPIs) and derive effective actions
- Develop action plans for each hearing center to ensure optimal utilization
- Build and maintain local partnerships (ENT physicians, pharmacies, opticians, doctors)
- Team scheduling including absences, holidays and overtime
- Regular center visits and shadowing with feedback and reports
- Coaching and training of the teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a successful hearing care specialist, ideally with leadership experience
- Leadership ability to develop high‑performing teams and achieve targets at a regional level
- Strong analytical skills and commercial/business understanding
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills; motivational leadership style
- Decisive, solution‑oriented personality with a can‑do mentality
- Demonstrated alignment with Demant values: initiative, team spirit, proactivity and trustful collaboration
