• Own the Graduate Program to ensure a robust pipeline of future talent aligned with business needs.
• Define and implement the global talent acquisition strategy and governance framework.
• Design and roll out globally standardised recruitment processes.
• Partner with HR Digitalisation to optimise, implement, and drive adoption of recruitment technologies and integrations.
• Build a global talent acquisition analytics framework and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
