About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own demand generation across digital channels, from paid media and account-based marketing to marketing automation and campaign execution.
- Design and execute multi-channel demand gen programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers across the full funnel, from awareness through pipeline creation.
- Own paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels.
- Develop and run ABM campaigns targeting named expansion accounts and key new logo targets in the retail and CPG segments.
- Track and report pipeline metrics weekly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Proven record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact, not just lead volume.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience required; admin-level expertise preferred.
- Strong digital advertising skills: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and experience managing paid budgets.
- ABM experience: you have run targeted account campaigns with account selection, multi-touch sequencing, and sales coordination.
- Analytical by default: you track what works, cut what does not, and iterate based on data.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to execute against a complex campaign calendar across multiple initiatives.
