About the role
- Lead the development of frameworks, demo strategies, and customer experience motions
- Elevate how Solutions Consulting communicates value
- Serve as the executive voice on opportunity qualification and deal strategy
- Build a consistent operating rhythm for the SC function
- Develop SC leaders and team members by setting clear performance expectations
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture for enterprise SaaS, ideally within MarTech, AdTech, or B2B data platforms, with 10+ years in leadership and scaling roles
- Proven competence with modern AI technologies
- Deep understanding of ABM, B2B marketing technology stacks, identity resolution, intent data, and data integration patterns.
- Proven ability to foster a win together mentality
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations such as CRM (Salesforce), MAPs (Marketo or Eloqua), DSPs, CDPs, and modern cloud architectures.
- Strong business acumen and leadership
- Experience designing and delivering complex POCs and reference architectures for enterprise buyers.
- Excellent people leadership capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills and executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
