About the role

Help drive implementation and maintenance of current and future systems for clients
Ability to create custom developments that are highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained
Analyze, code, implement and test customized software applications built on Salesforce’s Force.com platform
Strong in coding custom developed Salesforce functionality using Salesforce API, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and other tools
Complete resolution to issues, aligning both business and technical considerations
Participation in the execution of test plans, ensuring quality solutions are delivered
Work closely with analysts and architects to help identify and plan long-term roadmaps
Be an expert in multiple pieces of diverse platforms and effectively integrate the platforms with external systems

2 – 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in a consulting environment
2 – 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
Strong technical design skills and an ability to deliver client driven solutions
Motivated to learn new software as a service (SaaS) technologies
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required
Development experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML language is desired
Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is required
Salesforce Certifications (App Builder, Dev I, Dev II, Admin) preferred
College degree preferred
