Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Client Strategy & Growth Develop and lead account strategies that drive ~25% revenue growth across your portfolio
  • Align client goals with actionable plans across media, data, and execution
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and deepen impact
  • Manage account performance against both client outcomes and internal business goals
  • Lead Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results
  • Set clear expectations and communicate proactively—especially when navigating challenges
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Drive Performance & Delivery Excellence Ensure all work delivered meets a high standard of quality and drives measurable outcomes
  • Stay accountable to client performance metrics and overall success
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure strategy, execution, and results are aligned
  • Manage the Business (P&L Ownership) Own and manage portfolio-level P&L, including revenue growth and margin targets
  • Make decisions that balance client success with sustainable business performance
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks to performance or profitability
  • Lead & Develop the Team Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow strategically and operationally
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment
  • Ensure clarity of roles, priorities, and expectations across your pod
  • Connect Strategy Across the Business Bring together client goals, data insights, team capabilities, and platform strategy
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across people, process, and technology
  • Challenge assumptions and continuously look for better ways to drive results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in agency client leadership, delivery, or professional services
  • 10+ years managing portfolio-level P&Ls, including revenue growth and margin accountability
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to operate and execute when needed
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, set expectations, and build trust
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and business outcomes
  • Experience in industries such as nonprofit, financial services, insurance, or retail is a plus
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for clients and the business
  • Curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
