About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Client Strategy & Growth Develop and lead account strategies that drive ~25% revenue growth across your portfolio
- Align client goals with actionable plans across media, data, and execution
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and deepen impact
- Manage account performance against both client outcomes and internal business goals
- Lead Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results
- Set clear expectations and communicate proactively—especially when navigating challenges
- Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment across teams
- Drive Performance & Delivery Excellence Ensure all work delivered meets a high standard of quality and drives measurable outcomes
- Stay accountable to client performance metrics and overall success
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strategy, execution, and results are aligned
- Manage the Business (P&L Ownership) Own and manage portfolio-level P&L, including revenue growth and margin targets
- Make decisions that balance client success with sustainable business performance
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks to performance or profitability
- Lead & Develop the Team Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow strategically and operationally
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment
- Ensure clarity of roles, priorities, and expectations across your pod
- Connect Strategy Across the Business Bring together client goals, data insights, team capabilities, and platform strategy
- Identify gaps and opportunities across people, process, and technology
- Challenge assumptions and continuously look for better ways to drive results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in agency client leadership, delivery, or professional services
- 10+ years managing portfolio-level P&Ls, including revenue growth and margin accountability
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to operate and execute when needed
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across disciplines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, set expectations, and build trust
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and business outcomes
- Experience in industries such as nonprofit, financial services, insurance, or retail is a plus
- A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for clients and the business
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
