• Proactively remove barriers and drive resolution through influence rather than formal authority.

Data Driven Growth Manager – Merchant Services

• Identify and penetrate a curated list of high-value enterprise accounts through networking and research
• Lead all phases of the enterprise sales motion, including discovery, diagnosis, solution design, and delivery
• Manage complex contract negotiations, ensuring favorable commercial terms
• Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Implementation teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends such as Interchange Plus Plus pricing models, PCI DSS compliance, and emerging fraud prevention technologies

• Handle total sales functions from lead generation and follow-up to completed sale.
• Responsible for establishing sales forecast and maintaining budgets and expenses related to sales activity.
• Responsible for net new business and assigned existing business through a mixture of virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Manage activity and health of their territory’s sales funnel to ensure successful attainment of their annual Sales Objective.
• Participate, lead, and coordinate contract processes and negotiations between clients and internal departments.

• Service a high volume of Deluxe’s existing payments clients to protect market share and grow revenue generated

• Help to navigate the client to the appropriate resources within Deluxe to fulfill request, including self-service options when available

• Responsible to manage a client territory of hundred(s) of accounts across Deluxe’s payment solutions
• Protect Market Share - Effectively manage client renewal cycle identified for proactive renewal process

• Lead sales initiatives for add-ons to current payment services utilized by client, and when appropriate cross sell additional payment services

• Provide awareness and education to self-service resources available for client’s program management
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to improve program efficiencies across the territory segment

• Consults with FS solution area leadership and key internal partners to develop leading edge metrics
