About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Successfully implement Deluxe-proposed solutions and configurations on assigned projects
Meet client billability levels and billing rates established for the position
Prepare implementation status reports for project managers, clients, and internal management
Implement up to five small projects simultaneously and upgrades up to 1000 hours
Assist on larger, more complex projects requiring multiple resources
Customize base software applications and enter customer-specific data according to CRD and project documentation
Test systems before delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally
Document defects and resolution approaches
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Document and communicate status and help escalate issues internally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering and 2 years experience, or High School diploma/GED and 6 years experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based operating systems/networks
Experience implementing or supporting software solutions
Must be 18 years of age or older
2 years in banking and/or payment processing is preferred
Treasury Management, ECM, Workflow, OnBase Implementation/Workflow experience preferred
