- Increase the likelihood of hitting revenue performance goals
- Own accuracy of inputs to revenue forecasting processes
- Support GTM strategy execution through territory planning
- Partner with BU Leadership and Finance for quota setting
- Foster a culture of accountability and innovation
Requirements
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team
- Design and implement reporting and leadership reviews
- Influence improvements to sales processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment/Operations, and Finance
- Develop annual revenue plans and quota models
- Define and track KPIs for individual and team performance
- Bring industry best practices for sales compensation plans
- Experience with methodologies like Six Sigma / Lean
