About the role

  • Utilize experience leading development initiatives utilizing CI/CD and distributed teams; strong .NET, SQL, and web services skills combined with agile development expertise, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of security standards. Recommend solution options and provide technical recommendations based on business complexities and objectives. Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to their growth. Participate in technical design meetings and review business requirements. Develop and unit test software solutions following the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams. Define technical deliverables and ensure detailed documentation, support knowledge transfer, and configuration processes. Contribute to the overall design, configuration, and deployment documentation Conduct research and provide viable technical alternatives. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and company guidelines. Work with offshore development teams, if applicable. Conduct code reviews as required. Review and address code scanning outputs for vulnerability remediation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5 years of experience leading software development or a related field. Experience in Cloud-based software development and testing (AWS, Azure). Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8 years of experience in software development or a related field. Additional specific experience in technologies and tools mentioned in the descriptions. Must be 18 years of age or older
