About the role

  • Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Manage all aspects of data related to orders.
  • Synthesize multiple sources of information to develop an understanding of regional opportunities and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Perform high-volume, detailed data entry into CRM, ERP, and reporting systems with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Document status of sales opportunities.
  • Regularly review funnels and clean up, analyze gaps and offer guidance to sales representatives.
  • Process all requests for Siemens-specific data (install bases, EOS systems, XR-29 letters), trades, and change orders.
  • Update and maintain customer data in Shareville and CRM.
  • Maintain job backlog report containing equipment, margin, and installation costs.
  • Do necessary investigative work to solve report errors/omissions and discrepancies in the data.
  • Collaborate across regions with other Sales Data Strategists for consistent documentation and reporting.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations and finance to ensure alignment between sales strategies and business objectives.
  • Responsible for maintaining ongoing contact with regional sales team regarding status of sales opportunities and making necessary updates.
  • Assist in improving efficiency, including the utilization of CRM tools for tracking sales activities and forecasting.
  • Develop and run reports for Sales, Service, and Marketing teams when requested.
  • Find duplicate and inaccurate account information in Dynamics CRM and GP Systems.
  • Research customer websites and/or healthcare facility databases for correct information.
  • Perform customer order review and process sales orders with OEM, including reviewing all quotes for any applicable below the line costs.
  • Assemble and maintain all documentation in job folders to include: project metric, job checklist, customer purchase order and/or signed quotation, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a central point of accountability for sales documentation completeness prior to order submission.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Clear and professional communication with sales teams, customers, and vendors (both written and verbal).
  • Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and keeping records organized.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and a CRM database.
  • An understanding of the sales cycle process, forecasting, and tools used to assist the stages of the sales cycle process.
  • Ability to act independently, use critical thinking
  • Able to identify issues in processes and find practical solutions quickly.
