About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support account management activities for strategic Verizon customer initiatives and programs.
- Partner closely with senior account leadership to learn customer operations, relationship management, and sales strategy execution within the Verizon ecosystem.
- Assist with customer communications, meeting coordination, reporting, account updates, and follow-up activities.
- Help identify opportunities to support revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Sales, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and onsite engagement activities as needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of telecommunications, infrastructure, connectivity, and customer solution environments.
- Support pipeline tracking, CRM updates, forecasting activities, and account documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Approximately 2+ years of professional experience within sales, business development, inside sales, account coordination, customer operations, or related commercial environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with polished professional presence.
- Demonstrated interest in customer-facing account management or outside sales career progression.
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn within a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable traveling up to 50% as business needs require.
