About the role
- Research and analyze data to identify trends, operational gaps, or potential issues, developing actionable plans and proposals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct system checkouts and testing for implementations, periodic builds, and releases.
- Support project planning and execution from design through testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing objectives, findings, and recommendations, and deliver presentations to audiences at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop scope statements and project plans, ensuring best practices for change management.
- Create case scenarios for developing new or enhanced systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business analyst experience required; experience in the healthcare industry (medical, dental, or healthcare).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and process mapping tools. SQL experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of APM or AI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Understanding of process and data-driven structured analysis techniques.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate professionally.
- Essential soft skills such as curiosity, adaptability, and strong communication.
