Onboarding Specialist

• Analyze and review source documentation and maintain provider contract and credential information in the Provider System of Record
• Assist in the resolution of system issues related to provider onboarding
• Maintain integrity of electronic database and assist provider offices with entering provider contracts, business name changes, tax ID changes, terminations, change of ownership, practice sales, adding associates, license and specialty changes, and provider directory assistance
• Provide verbal or written notification to providers or Network Development to obtain incomplete information required to process work
• Research returned outreach notifications and update the system with corrected information to maintain directory accuracy
• Provide direction to internal teams on provider set up, contracting issues, procedures and practices
• Research issues related to provider contracting and workflows and provide feedback/recommendations to management
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in each entry to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent financial penalties
