• Help ensure accurate and timely incentive processing through data preparation, validation, and tracking
• Maintain and update sales and incentive data across systems and spreadsheets
• Generate and share recurring reports that support sales performance and decision-making
• Track and route incentive-related questions to ensure timely resolution
• Support the creation of reports, exhibits, and data summaries used in sales opportunities and proposals
• Compile data from approved sources into standardized templates and basic analytics
• Follow established processes and flag discrepancies related to incentives, reporting, or budgets
• Assist with system-related tasks such as testing, uploads, and basic configurations
• Support budget tracking and help monitor variances
• Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts and approvals
