About the role
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Draft functional specifications
- Participate in workshops with stakeholders
- Manage requirements tracking
- Contribute to testing phases (UAT)
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when specialized expertise is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience drafting functional specifications (BRD / FSD)
- Ensure effective communication between business and IT teams
- Experience in the public sector and/or healthcare is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence is considered an asset
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent
- English and French are mandatory; an additional language is a plus
