About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Answer all incoming calls and initiate member interactions
Own and be accountable for the entire member experience upon greeting the member
Conduct loan conversations and recommend products as needed
Serve as liaison between member and underwriter
Conduct research to answer member concerns
Cross-sell appropriate credit union products and services
Process Skip-A-Pay and Loan Deferral Requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

A high school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on professional and effective telephone skills
High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong regard for confidential and sensitive information
Previous retail-related service and sales experience
Advanced computer skills
Strong conflict management skills
Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English preferred
Required minimum home internet speed of 35 Mbps
