About the role

  • Provide assistance in terms of planning, finance reporting
  • Proceed with time checks and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for Global reporting
  • Be a key contact person for our audit and assurance teams and ensure that all relevant information is collected, and actions taken accordingly
  • Provide appropriate support in terms of communication, internal procedures and PowerPoint presentations
  • Monitor, follow and manage the mailbox and take actions accordingly

Requirements

  • Adaptable to change, with an innovative mindset and capacity to challenge existing situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
  • Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English
  • First relevant professional experience as a Team Assistant or in an equivalent role (nice to have)
  • Experience working in changing or fast-paced environments (nice to have)
  • Proven track record of proposing and implementing process improvements (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams simultaneously (nice to have)
  • Additional language skills beyond English (French, German...) (nice to have)
